My Sister as Harley Quinn

My younger sister dressed as Harley Quinn. Got a Harley Quinn dress and ribbons at Hot Topic, had a black jacket that she put red diamonds on, black boots, borrowed black lipstick from her friend and used the reddest lipstick that mom had.

She really goes all out when it comes to her friend Elise's Halloween party. Last year she went as Belle Cipher, a humanized, female version of Bill Cipher from Gravity Falls. I'll put that up here eventually.
